Once student information is provided, the ASA Japanese Language School may use that personal information for the following purposes:
inquiries, records and/or the collection of opinions to improve our school services.

In the case where legal authorities request student information for any reason, the school will be obliged to provide that information with or without consent.

ASA Japanese Language School may provide partial personal information to the contractor.
In that case, we conduct necessary and proper oversight the outsourcing partner.

ASA Japanese Language School has an administrator of personal information protection and management to prevent the loss and distribution of student details. We carefully manage personal information to guarantee the protection and accuracy of information.

ASA Japanese Language School will within a reasonable timeframe, respond to any general inquiries or notifications regarding confirmation of personal details, corrections and/or deletion of personal information.  This will be done after the student provides proof that verifies his or her identity.
