We accept applications from business groups, educational institutions and travel companies.

To suit your preferences and length of stay we offer a variety of course contents that span across different periods.
For those who have a short-term (such as a visitor visa, etc.), we recommend studying Japanese while sightseeing in Fukuoka.
For those who have a working holiday visa, we recommend focusing on studying Japanese throughout the whole year of your stay or studying periodically such as one, three, or six months.
In order to meet the various purposes of the students, we offer a variety of courses such as standard course, business course, culture course, private lessons and so on.

Goals and Aims

We teach practical Japanese for everyday use in Japan as well as Japanese culture and manners.

Ordering at a restaurant, asking favours.

Asking for directions and advice
Day8 “What are you doing?”
Weekend plans and ‘What are you eating’?
Day9 “Conversation according to situation”
Using adjectives in conversation.

First Day at School

Level Check

Student language evaluation and class class placement.  There will be a simple written test and interview.

Lesson Observation

Prospective students can assess the suitability of the school atmosphere by observing our lessons. Observations are free so please feel free to visit anytime.

Free Lesson Possible Before Enrolment.

Finding the right Japanese language school for your needs and purpose can be difficult.  In order for you to not begin at the wrong language school we invite prospective students to attend one of our free trial lessons.  Our teachers will check your language ability and discuss your needs and schedule.  Please complete an online inquiry form on our homepage for any questions regarding our free observation lessons.

Before Enrolling

Step 1

Please apply online via our inquiry form.  You may also inquire and apply by phone.  We will contact you following the confirmation of your application.

Step 2

Sending necessary documents for enrolment by email.

After applying, the school will notify you regarding the necessary documents you need to provide for enrolment.  Please send documents by email.

Step 3

Application Documents Check and Certificate of Eligibility

After checking your application, your details will be sent to the Department of Immigration.  After your certification of eligibility is received you will be sent an invoice for your course fees and expenses.  Please pay these by the date specified.

Step 4

Payment of Enrolment Fees

Please pay your fees upon receiving your invoice.  After your payment is completed and confirmed, we will send your confirmation of enrolment and certification of eligibility.

Step 5

Issuing of Visa and Air Ticket Purchase

When your visa is issued your course commencement date will be decided. Please decide your departure date in accordance with commencement of studies. Please let us know if you have any concerns regarding a pick up upon arrival and/or accommodation.  Our support services are always ready to assist.

Step 6

Arrival and Commencement of Study

We can arrange to pick students up at the airport upon arrival if requested.

Regarding Cancellation

  • Please contact the school immediately regarding cancellation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Before the first day of courses
    – 2000 yen cancellation fee is required.
  • After the commencement of studies
    – 5000 yen cancellation fee is required.
    – The rest of the classes are refundable.

If payment is not made by the due date, and if there is no notification from the student, the placement will be given to those on our waiting list.

Disclaimer

  • We reserve the right to refuse students who act inappropriately towards fellow students and staff.
  • Recording (Visual and audio) of lessons is prohibited unless otherwise allowed by teachers.
  • The sharing of images and information regarding other students is strictly prohibited.
  • Personal information will not be disclosed.
  • With the exception of emergencies we cannot accept direct call requests to staff.
  • In the case of lost or stolen student property, the school will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal effects.
  • Please ensure that presentations are free of computer viruses before submission. Data should be checked for viruses before use at school by students.
  • If you have any CORONA/COVID related symptoms please refrain from attending school and consult with a doctor.
    To prevent spreading infection the school reserves the right to inform other students of a possible transmission.
  • In the event of fire or natural disaster please follow the evacuation instructions from staff.  Please confirm emergency exit route and procedures with your teacher.
  • If the student becomes ill or injured on school premises there is first aid available but we are not responsible for any other responsibilities.
